About The Role
Are you the friend everyone asks about lip gloss, beauty trends, and where to shop?
Do you love being outside, meeting people, and putting others on to cool brands?
L&K Beauty is looking for Student Brand Ambassadors to help us take our gloss game across universities. You’ll be the face of L&K Beauty on your campus, introducing students to our products, driving sales, and building real hype where it matters most.
This role is perfect for confident, social students who love beauty, community, and a little shine ✨
What You’ll Be Doing
- As a Student Brand Ambassador, you will:
- Promote L&K Beauty products across your university
- Distribute and sell glosses during activations, pop-ups, and casual campus interactions
- Manage product stock assigned to you responsibly
- Create fun, authentic content (photos, videos, reels) showcasing L&K Beauty on campus
- Educate students on our products, shades, and how to use them
- Build relationships with student groups, beauty lovers, and campus influencers
- Share weekly feedback on what’s selling, what’s trending, and what students love
- Represent the L&K Beauty brand with confidence, positivity, and good vibes
Who This Role Is For
This role is perfect if you:
- Are currently a university student
- Love beauty, lip gloss, fashion, or content creation
- Are confident talking to people and making connections
- Have a strong social media presence (Instagram, TikTok is a plus!)
- Are responsible, organised, and self-motivated
- Want flexible work that fits around your classes
- No formal work experience required – just great energy and commitment

About The Role
If TikTok is your playground, trends come naturally to you, and you know how to make products feel like a moment, we want you.
L&K Beauty is looking for a TikTok Content Creator to help bring our glosses to life on screen. This role is about storytelling, trends, and real reactions, not stiff ads. You’ll create fun, scroll-stopping videos that make people say “wait… I need that gloss.”
You don’t need a massive following, you just need good energy, great content instincts, and camera confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
As our TikTok Content Creator, you’ll:
- Create monthly content calendars
- Create and post content, daily
- Showcase gloss application, swatches, reactions, routines & transformations
- Film content that feels native, fun, and relatable, not overly produced
- Highlight product benefits in a natural, entertaining way
- Pitch content ideas and creative concepts regularly
- Track basic performance (views, saves, comments) and learn what works
- Engage with comments and build community energy around the brand
Who This Role Is For
This role is perfect if you:
- Love TikTok and post consistently
- Are confident on camera and enjoy storytelling
- Have a strong sense of trends, humour, and timing
- Love beauty, lip gloss, skincare, or makeup
- Can film clean, well-lit videos on your phone
