- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- Orders are shipped after processing.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Within Abuja: 1 – 3 business days
- Within Lagos: 3 – 5 business days
- Other locations nationwide: 3 – 7 business days, depending on the courier service selected at checkout.Â

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. L&K Beauty is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.

If you miss a delivery, the courier may attempt redelivery or contact you directly.Â

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos
